Jason Olejniczak has been immersed in the health and fitness world throughout his entire life. The former collegiate football player began promoting a healthy lifestyle as a high school gym teacher but quickly found that his outlook and opportunities were best suited for the gym atmosphere. As the lead coach of Adapt and Conquer Crossfit, Olejniczak has embraced his opportunities to work within his community and provide fitness to individuals of all walks of life. Upon coaching the Four-Time Fittest Seated Man on Earth, Tom Miazga, Jason has seen a bountiful opportunity to provide better access for adaptive individuals to learn they have a place in the fitness world! A well-known advocate for the WheelWOD organization, Jason’s experience and knowledge of adaptive training are too influential not to be known universally.
Through his experiences, Jason has seen that functional fitness for all can be genuinely created, but the resources and accessibility continue to be the main hindrance. The United Training Foundation aims to be the leading non-for-profit in providing disabled and adaptive individuals completely free-of-charge fitness access. UTF firmly believes that every individual can improve their daily lifestyle and reach their highest potential when unconditional support reigns supreme. From year-long gym memberships and private training subscriptions to providing the financials for coaches to attain their Adaptive Trainer certification, UTF looks to create a community that promotes how influential empowering one’s life through movement can be for all!
